Hearts and Stripes!!!

I bought this dress while thrifting a couple of years ago and its been a wardrobe staple of mine ever since, I love the ruffle detail around the collar and the sleeves! I've worn it with a Luella for Target blazer. Primark tights and vintage clutch, hope you like it xxx
